  • It provides filter searching so developers can categorize their search to make specific. Task management lets’s check our all completed, upcoming and delayed tasks.

2. Document Sharing: Dropbox

  • Dropbox will allow team members to share their work like Designing, Database, Wireframes, and so on. It is secure software for document sharing. My team members can share files up to 100 GB. Live chatting is supported in this web app so it will be an asset for my team.
  • Developers, Designers, directors all can recover deleted files within 180 days. It also provides some specific features such as project management, time tracking, task management, note-taking, etc.
  • The team can complete all tasks without leaving dropbox. It is a fast website, the team can save a lot of time.

3. Version Control: Git

  • Git is one of the best version control software available in the market right now. Git provides the best support for developers. Git has distributed repository model. It can handle all sizes of projects from small to large. Git provides rapid performance with sufficient security and it is easy to maintain.
  • It offers excellent command line utility knwon as git bash. Moreover, it also include GIT GUI where my team can re-scan, sign off, commit and push the code rapdily within seconds.
  • However, it is complex and bigger log to make sense to it.

4. Prototyping: Sketch

  • Sketch allows sending invitations to team members so they can work alongside. It saves individual work in the My Draft project.
  • I can use projects to organize my work by status, by the client, or any other category that I can understand.
  • I can invite unlimited viewers to test the prototype, share feedback and browse a document’s version using the web app. They have balanced creation, collaboration, and control over our privacy.

5. Time tracking: Harvest

  • Harvest can track my team’s time and expenses. It can run my projects and build trust with my client. I can get important information so I can run my projects smoothly under budget.
  • I can break down all data by person or task that can make more sense to my project. I can easily review the timesheets and expenses of my team.

6. Project Management: Wrike

  • Wrike provides customizable calendars and dashboards. My team can analyze projects in detail by using this software.
  • Because of this web application, I can get a task overview, the lifecycle of a project, and portfolio analytics.
  • Moreover, it has a simplified document proofing and approving system. Has a great document version control as well all forms are dynamic. Better client and resource management.

7. Code Testing: Cypress

  • Cypress let me and my team members write all types of tests such as End-to-End test, Integration test, Unit tests, and so on.
  • It has free, open source, locally installed test runner and dashboard service for keep a record of my tests. Cypress has a lot of features including time travel, debuggability, automatic waiting, network traffic control, consistent result, cross browser testing, and many more.
  • Moreover, all tests that are written in cypress are easy to read and it runs fast within milli seconds. Proper defination of error so it can be easy to solve it and modify the code.
  • Cypress can run end-to-end tests on anything that runs in a browser.

  • Hubspot has a feature named E-mail marketing which means my digital marketing specialist can send emails to the target audience who is gonna use my website. It also provides live chat where my team can make some decisions mutually and quickly.
  • Through this software, marketing specialists can mention advertising in some well-known social media applications such as Instagram, Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • I can track my marketing performance with builtin analytics and custom reporting. Moreover, my all social media acounts going to be managed at same place.

  • PSI provides a score which can show up performance of page.
  • PSI classifies the quality of user experiences into three buckets:Good, Needs to be improved, and Good. A score of above or equal to 90 considered as a good. If it shows score between 50 to 90 means website performance has to be improved. Below 50 considered as a poor speed of page.
