Customers should purchase customized cupcakes from Hooper’s cakes because of some obvious reasons such as they provide a different style of packaging that attracts the customer, complimentary tissue paper and a small water bottle inside the package, and free delivery within 15 KM range.

SMART goal and three related KPIs:-

  1. Specific:-

Enhance the number of monthly users of Hooper’s cakes web application by search engine optimization and creating targeted social media campaigns.

2. Measurable:-

Increase the number of monthly users of Hooper’s cakes web app by 600 to 700 by using three social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube advertising.

3. Attainable:-

To achieve the measured goal I am going to use three types of digital marketing. First of all Search engine optimization(SEO), second of all Email marketing, and lastly social media marketing.

4. Relevant:-

Increase the number of monthly users of Hooper’s cakes web app by 600 to 700 by using three social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube advertising. Because mobile users tend to use our product longer growing our web app usage will ultimately increase profitability.

Increasing my website traffic by 5000 will be accomplished within December of 2022. This will be achieved by Search engine optimization, email marketing, and social media platform. Since mobile and desktop are the primary mediums to convert our paid-customer signups, growing our web app usage will generate incredible revenue.

Monitor the number of visits to multiple page categories such as homepage, pricing page, landing pages, and so on. I will measure those numbers by using analytics tools, such as google analytics. Paid advertising(cost-per-click) could be a good option to gain visitors.

SEO(Search engine optimization):-

When people search on Google, they rarely go through the second page of search results. It will increase the click-through rate up to 32.5%. I am going to improve this by creating quality content and including variations of the same keyword on my website. Direct link to other relevant pages on my web pages to build an entire network of interlinked content.

Advertising:-

I will keep updating myself by monitoring the statics of monthly leads and conversions from cost-per-click advertising as a percentage of overall results. By utilizing this way I will get an overview of my non-paid marketing performance. I know I can improve my ad copy and only create highly targeted keywords that are related to my unique value proposition.
